For most of my life, I didn't feel good enough.

Not pretty enough. Not confident enough. Just, not enough.

Getting dressed was the hardest part of my day. I'd try things on, take them off, and still leave the house feeling like I was wearing someone else's skin.

I thought other women had it figured out.

They hadn't. Most of them were standing in front of their own mirror, doing the exact same thing.
